The MPBC Broadcast Channel is one of several ministries hosted by the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church. It is designed to provide an electronic platform to disseminate educational and contemporary information to the general public. It uses internet technology to address issues and concerns pertinent to women, men, teenagers, seniors over 55, millennials and to provide an individualized online bible study program.
The channel provides the platform for original commentary as well as professional video presentations residing in the public domain. The production and operation of the broadcast channel provide training opportunities for the faith community in videography, script writing, computer WI-Fi technology, video editing, broadcast production, writing and interviewing skills. Along with the technical growth opportunities, the channel provides an opportunity to grow spiritually in the teachings of Jesus Christ through its bible classes.
